Shipping & Return Policy
All orders (domestic & international) are shipped within 2-10 working days. In case of unusual delays, you will be notified.
For any products that are handmade or customised, production times may vary – same are mentioned on the product pages.
Delivery time ranges from 2-5 days after dispatch for all orders. Allow 2-3 days extra for international orders.
We use reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees for Domestic &Fedex, Aramex or DHL for International shipping – tracking details are shared in your email ID or WhatsApp number after the order is dispatched.

Return /Exchange Policy
At Queens Jewels, we want to make a long lasting impression on our customers and want you to have the best possible experience. For your peace of mind, we have an extensive return policy protecting your rights as a consumer.
Faulty / defective goods or misrepresented items if any will be accepted for refund / exchange. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns / exchange for change of mind.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
